Newswise — Babson College has established the new B.E.T.A. (Babson Entrepreneurial Thought and Action®) Challenge. Formerly the Douglass Graduate Business Plan Competition and John H. Muller Jr. Undergraduate Business Plan Competition, the Babson B.E.T.A. Challenge is a business competition, recognizing major milestones student businesses have achieved by taking action. Students will compete for prizes by demonstrating success in achieving major milestones through taking action.

Winners of the graduate and undergraduate B.E.T.A. Challenge will receive a grand prize of $20,000 in cash and "services in kind" donations from corporate sponsors respectively.

$2,500 will be awarded to the two other finalist ventures.

Application requirements include:

• Executive Summary – 2 page limit in .doc, .docx or .pdf format. • Slide deck – maximum 10 slides in .pptx, .ppt or .pdf format.
