Newswise — Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation will host the first annual Benefit for Bayshore Oktoberfest Celebration on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and invites all members of the community to register to attend. The tented cocktail reception will uniquely take place on the hospital’s campus at 727 North Beers Street in Holmdel and will support Bayshore’s plans to enhance emergency services.

“This event truly marks a milestone for Bayshore and the community,” explains Timothy Hogan, FACHE, president of Bayshore Community Hospital and Riverview Medical Center. “We are very excited to share our vision with our guests on how we plan to continue to work to improve critical programs, such as emergency services, and we recognize and appreciate the need to provide state-of-the-art care in cutting-edge facilities.” The new signature event (previously the Wine & Spirits Tasting) will feature an Oktoberfest inspired menu and décor, and beverages provided by Spirits Unlimited. It is co-chaired by Phil and Silvia Scaduto with honorary chair, Carol Stillwell.

“We’re thrilled to be involved in the first annual Oktoberfest Celebration at Bayshore,” explains Phil Scaduto, who also serves as vice chair of Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation. “The hospital has identified the enhancement of emergency Care Services as a main priority for future care delivery. Gaining public support is an integral part of making this happen.”

The Benefit for Bayshore Oktoberfest Celebration is supported by top sponsors, Stillwell-Hansen, Inc. and Wendell and Judith Smith.
