Newswise — Donna Sosnowski has been named Director of Babson’s Undergraduate Center for Career Development, bringing a unique ensemble of talents and expertise that encompass Career Services, Human Resources, Coaching and Higher Education.

Previously she had served as Senior Associate Director of Babson’s MBA Center for Career Development.

Sosnowski has led and set the strategic direction of Human Resources in diverse large and small corporate environments. Her career spans more than two decades and includes work with Fortune 500 companies and start up companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Her extensive experience includes publicly and privately held organizations in consumer products and services, manufacturing, environmental consulting, financial services, consulting and the hospitality industry.

Sosnowski has coached and directed senior management teams in creating dynamic, agile, collaborative, performance oriented cultures. She has successfully facilitated organization redesign, continuous improvement, rightsizing and turnaround as well as due diligence, mergers, acquisitions and company divestitures. She possesses a unique ensemble of skills as a strategic human resources partner, coach, teacher, negotiator and catalyst for change.

Sosnowski has experience coaching today’s leaders as well as emerging leaders, looking to bridge the gap and build alliances. She consults, facilitates and coaches individuals and organizations to implement substantial changes in order to chart a course for the future. In her consulting practice she specializes in all areas of: Career Management and Coaching, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Management Training and Career Transition and Development.

She is an MBTI certified practioner and 360 feedback coach. Her passion for assisting emerging leaders includes Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork for Babson undergraduates and Managing Talent Yourself and Others with Babson MBAs. She has served as a Career Expert for the Financial Times “Ask the Expert Jobs Clinic”.
