Newswise — Washington, DC—A record number of practicing endocrinologists registered to attend the Endocrine Society’s 67th annual Clinical Endocrinology Update (CEU) meeting and related events next month.

Nearly 550 people have registered for the meeting, which will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami, FL, on Sept. 10-12.

The three-day program provides the latest information on a variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid conditions, reproductive disorders, osteoporosis and other bone diseases, adrenal conditions and pituitary disorders. During the case-based sessions, faculty and attendees discuss the best clinical practices for diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders.

In conjunction with CEU, the Society will hold a two-day Endocrine Board Review, a preparatory mock exam to help endocrinology fellows prepare for their board exams and certified practitioners maintain their certification. A record 310 people are registered to attend the event, which will take place in the Intercontinental Hotel on Sept. 8-9.
