Later that day, the symposium will officially open with the Opening Address by Sharon Cox, RN, CNAA, MSN, Founder and Principal Consultant, Cox & Associates, Brentwood, TN. Cox will explain how an increasingly collaborative health care environment calls for enhanced people skills in her session, IQ + EQ = Emotional Intelligence.
