This is a set-back for the seven-time winner of the Tour de France, who had planned an unprecedented return to the Tour this July after three years of retirement.

Two orthopaedic surgeons at UNC, Dr. Douglas Dirschl and Dr. Laurence Dahners, are prepared to talk to media about how this type of collarbone fracture can be treated and the road to recovery that Armstrong may face.
