IFT Hosts 6th Annual International Food Nanoscience Conference

Newswise — CHICAGO—Nanotechnology experts from around the world will gather in Chicago July 12-13 for the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 6th Annual International Food Nanoscience Conference

Attendees will have the chance to gain the latest insights into current and emerging nanoscience applications for sustainability, nutrition, flavors, food processing, engineering, and other areas. In addition, evaluating the safety of nanomaterials, non-U.S. perspectives on nanotechnology, consumer perceptions and education will also be addressed.
