Newswise — Red Bank, N.J. – August 15, 2016 – Neurosurgeon Howard Eisenbrock, D.O. has joined the team of respected physicians at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center, now part of the Hackensack Meridian Health family. He joins the team at Meridian Medical Group – Neurosurgery, which is part of Meridian Neuroscience. Dr. Eisenbrock has extensive training in the area of neurosurgery and specializes in minimally invasive surgery for patients with tumors (brain and pituitary), herniated discs, spinal stenosis, spinal abscess, cervical and lumbar fusions, and carpel tunnel.

Dr. Eisenbrock graduated medical school from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his degree in Biomedical Sciences. He completed his transitional internship in 2010 at the Mercy Health System, Philadelphia, PA and in 2015, finished his residency in Neurological Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also received fellowship training in Complex Spinal Surgery in 2016 at the New England Baptist Hospital, Harvard CareGroup, Boston, MA.

He worked at the Center for Chronic Disorders of Aging and last worked at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he focused on operative multimodal pain management protocols for spinal fusions.
