Mount Sinai Health System Launches Same-Day Appointments
Providing immediate access to primary and specialty care throughout all five boroughs of New York City
Newswise — (New York – January 9, 2017) – Mount Sinai Health System today announced it will offer same-day appointments with primary and specialty care physicians.
The Same-Day Program was created to provide fast and efficient access for patients with immediate health concerns or those requiring a second opinion. Patients who use the service can speak with a registered nurse who will ask questions about symptoms to identify the appropriate expert. For complex or chronic medical conditions, additional information may be required before an appointment is scheduled. The goal is to match the patient with the right expert.
