It’s official: this month, the U.S. government eased restrictions on travel to Cuba for the first time in more than 50 years. What will this mean for travelers, and how is the warming of the countries’ relationships a possible window into a changing Cuba? Claudio Holzner, associate director for the Center for Latin American Studies and an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Utah, can speak to new developments in Cuba.
