Newswise — WHAT: Healthy for the Holidays is an educational event for cancer survivors including people currently undergoing treatment – and for those who support them – hosted by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Survivorship Program and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Women’s Wellness Center.
WHO: Experts from Fred Hutch and SCCA will lead sessions on exercise, nutrition and healthy holiday treats, stress management, post-treatment effects and survivorship care planning. The event is free; continental breakfast is included.
