In addition to his leadership at the Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain & Spine Institute, Dr. Naff is also president of Chesapeake Neurosurgery, L.L.C., the director of Clinical Neuroscience Education at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a consulting director of Peripheral Nerve Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

He consistently makes time in his professional career to teach students and other surgeons about his chosen profession.
