Sport economics expert available to talk about whether Chicago can expect an economic boon from Cubs' first World Series win in 100 years.

Dr. Michael Davis is a sports economics expert, native Chicagoan and lifelong Cubs fan. He has written an number of published articles about baseball economics, including "The Interaction between Baseball Attendance and Winning Percentage." He can talk about whether the Cubs can expect increased attendance next season and also about the economic impact of a World Series-winning Cubs team on Chicago. Dr. Davis is an associate professor of economics at Missouri University of Science and Technology.
