On May 1, 2015, the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center is hosting the annual Spring Flours Gluten-Free Gala. The event will feature a multi-course, gluten-free dinner created by some of Chicago’s best chefs and bakers, live music by the Larry Kind Orchestra Jazz Ensemble and a live auction and raffle.

Spring Flours is the center’s major fundraiser of the year, designed to raise money to support ongoing research and educational programs and services for those with celiac disease.

The event starts at 6 pm at Galleria Marchetti, 825 W. Erie St., Chicago. Tickets are on sale now at http://www.regonline.com/springflours2015 for $225 per person; a reserved table of 10 is $2,750.
