The Decathlon is a world-class athletic event for competitive amateur athletes from all professions testing speed, strength, endurance, agility, and coordination through a series of 10 challenges performed consecutively in one day. The 10 challenges include: 400-meter run, football throw, pull ups, 40 yard dash, dips, 500-meter stationary row, vertical jump, 20-yard shuttle run, bench press and 800-meter run.
