Testosterone and Growth Hormone Replacement: Impact on Health and Fitness9:30 " 10:30 a.m., EST"¢ Regular exercise and a healthier Mediterranean type diet had significant beneficial effects in men with metabolic syndrome and Type 2 diabetes. Testosterone replacement therapy enhanced these benefits. These men generally have lower testosterone levels than men without Type 2 diabetes.
