Law professor Joel Samuels also serves as the Deputy Director of the Rule of Law Collaborative (ROLC). In that role, he manages on-campus academic programs focused on interdisciplinary rule of law activities. In addition, he regularly lectures to U.S. Government officials from the Department of Defense, the State Department and USAID on rule of law development abroad.
