Newswise — The American Medical Group Association (AMGA) and the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) today unveiled the CMS Web page "Medical Group Physician Information Resource for Medicare" during AMGA's Annual Conference March 10-13 at the Westin Century Plaza in Los Angeles. AMGA and CMS staff have been working jointly for the past six months to develop and design a specialty navigational Web page to assist medical group physicians searching for relevant Medicare Fee-for-Service information in a one-stop resource page.

Pertinent sections found on the Medical Group Physician Web Page include Coding, HIPAA Compliance Guidance, Fraud and Abuse, Quarterly Provider Update, and Specialty Topics. Under the last section, topics include Physician Self-Referral, Reassignment and Incident to. Both Quick Navigate and Program-Topics-Resources cross-links are also available on this Web page.
