JHU Bioethicists Available for Comment on NYC Dept. of Health Ruling on Ritual Circumcision

Thursday, September 13, 2012, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is expected to rule on a proposed amendment to Article 181 of the city health code "to require written consent for performance of circumcision when such circumcisions involve the performance of direct oral suction."
