Cornell Offers Expert on the U.S. Postal Service and Shutting Down Saturday Delivery

Geddes is the Founding Director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy and he is an expert on postal service policy.

He will be testifying next week about the U.S. Postal Service before the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
