On November 15, 2013, the bi-annual Munk Debates will be held in Toronto. The debate will ask whether men, and the power structures associated with “maleness,” are in permanent decline or whether men still retain significant control over the workplace, family and society at large?

Marc LaFrance, assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Concordia University, can lend his expertise on the subject of masculinity and what it means to be a man in the 21st-century.
