Univ. Of Louisville Professor From S. Africa Worked with Mandela on Prison Reform, Says Mandela Left Long Legacy

He is from South Africa and continues to do research there on HIV education for young people. He worked with Mandela on reforms of juvenile prisons and visited as recently as summer 2013.
