Larry Napper, who earlier in his diplomatic career was the U.S. ambassador to the former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan and now heads the Master’s Program in International Affairs at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service, is available to provide insight regarding the unfolding crisis in Ukraine. Ambassador Napper is widely regarded as an expert concerning diplomacy and foreign policy, especially with regards to Russia and the Eurasian states of the former Soviet Union, including Ukraine.
