Horton has over 20 years of experience working inside the healthcare industry, where he is known for his ability to efficiently distill complex issues and create realistic plans that lead to clients’ success. He is a dynamic healthcare advisor, who possesses industry experience, market insight, exemplary capabilities managing diverse and challenging projects, and the ability to create tangible results on behalf of his clients.

Dobosenski has over 12 years of experience in data analytics and operations planning, including significant experience in systems development, project management, and process and system automation. His primary focus will be on data management, benchmarking and “big data” analytics.
