Sara Bleich, PhD, Associate Professor Health Policy & Management, is an internationally recognized expert in obesity and its related diseases and the impact of high calorie sugar sweetened beverages on the health of the population, including young people. Her research focuses on 1) drivers of obesity, 2) disparities in physician practice patterns of obesity care, and 3) novel environmental strategies to reduce caloric intake.
