Baltimore, MD –LifeBridge Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive health providers in Maryland, and Potomac Physicians, P.A., one of the most extensive primary care group practices in the state, have expanded their network with two new locations in Baltimore County.

Potomac Physicians recently began seeing patients in new offices in Owings Mills and Hunt Valley, expanding the footprint of this far-reaching group practice. The Hunt Valley office relocated from Timonium.

LifeBridge Health specialists will rotate through the Hunt Valley office, offering Potomac Physicians patients, for the first time, access to a broader range services in the same location including, cardiology, gastroenterology, and obstetrics and gynecology. These specialists add to the top-notch internal, family and pediatric medicine already practiced at all Potomac Physicians sites.

An open house in Hunt Valley on Saturday, October 18 from 1 – 4 p.m. will allow people the opportunity to meet the medical team and tour the practice, conveniently located in the Hunt Valley Town Centre, 118 Shawan Road, Suite 220. The office features 17 state-of-the-art exam rooms as part of the more than 10,000 square-foot facility.

Normal hours at the Hunt Valley office are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and as with all of the Potomac Physicians’ locations, if there is a health crisis, patients can reach a medical expert with a phone call day or night.

In Owings Mills, Potomac Physicians acquired an existing, thriving practice, Crossroads Medical Group, located at 21 Cross Roads Drive, Suite 400. Patients are seen for routine visits Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. However because emergencies can occur at any time, a clinician is always on-call 24 hours a day.

Potomac Physicians’ practices, which also include offices in Annapolis, Bel Air, Frederick, Laurel, Woodlawn and White Marsh, also treat ongoing illnesses that include heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.

Potomac Physicians joined LifeBridge Health in January of this year. This key strategic partnership allows both entities to significantly expand their footprints to better serve the region with primary care and specialty medical services.

Potomac Physicians was established more than 15 years ago and has more than 40 doctors treating 65,000 patients every year.

LifeBridge Health employs more than 400 primary care physicians and specialists with a full medical staff of 1,300, serving more than 300,000 patients a year from across the United States and around the world.
