Dr. Laura McNeal, Harvard Law Fellow and Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Louisville is available to discuss the next steps following the New York grand jury's decision not to indict police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the July choke hold death of Eric Garner. McNeal recently made several appearances on national networks to analyze both the legal ramifications and police engagement techniques used during the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Mo.

McNeal is the co-author of law enforcement/youth training techniques currently being used by the Los Angeles, Milwaukee and San Francisco police departments.
