Arlington, Va. - When two opposing teams face off against each other during the big game on Sunday, their chiropractic physicians will be ready to tend to the players if needed. Today, football players, their agents, athletic trainers, and medical doctors understand the consequences of being injured during games and have come to align themselves with the chiropractic perspective - treat the cause of the pain. This is why doctors of chiropractic (DCs) are utilized by all 32 professional football teams. DCs help alleviate the consequences of jarring impacts, and prevent and address many common injuries at all levels of athletics. DCs are trained and licensed to treat the entire neuromusculoskeletal system and can provide advice on sports training, nutrition and injury prevention to football players and other athletes.

Baron, DC, DACBSP, a member of the ACA Sports Council and team chiropractor with the Miami Dolphins, who can offer additional guidance on this topic, please contact Nicole Racadag at [email protected] or 703-812-0211.
