Newswise — Yonkers, NY (May 27, 2015) —Today, Montefiore Health System and St. John’s Riverside Hospital have announced that they have formally signed an affiliation agreement. This new partnership will provide patients in Yonkers and Rivertown access to Montefiore’s proactive, community-based care, dedicated to working collaboratively with a focus on improving overall health outcomes. By building on St. John’s existing high quality of care, this partnership will increase the ability of physicians to provide more effective patient services through Montefiore’s innovative, integrated health system.
