Newswise — CHICAGO - In response to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) announcement of the updated nutrition facts label, IFT will be holding a special webinar on June 3rd at 9:00 a.m. (CT) that will provide an overview of the required changes, opportunities, and challenges related to food product formulation and reformulation. It will also address consumer messaging and education.

Presenters:Rob C. Post PhD, Med, MSc who served as a key nutrition advisor to the White House and First Lady Michelle Obama and collaborator on the Let’s Move! Initiative. He also headed up USDA’s Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. He is currently the Senior Director for Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs at CHOBANI.
