From Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump to Richard Nixon, those seeking the Oval Office have seen their share of controversy. As the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum reopens in his hometown of Yorba Linda, CA, on October 16, following a $15 million refurbishment, it promises to tell the “complete story” of the 37th president, beyond Watergate and Vietnam.

Dr. Dean Kotlowski, one of four scholars recently commended by the National Archives for his work with the museum and its new exhibits, is available to speak with reporters about Nixon and the messages his presidential library now shares.

A professor of history at Salisbury University, Kotlowski is the author of the acclaimed book Nixon’s Civil Rights: Politics, Principle, and Policy. A former Fulbright Scholar, he also has spoken about Nixon and other cultural aspects of the 1970s for C-SPAN and National Public Radio, among other media.
