Villanova Engineering Professor Can Discuss the Floods in Colorado, and the Importance of Storm Water Management and Flood Controls

The flooding in Colorado demonstrates the importance of designing a resilient system so people can survive and get back into operation as soon as possible. It is impossible to protect against every weather event (especially a storm of this size), but potential damage should be predicted in advance to prevent destruction and hasten a quick recovery. Villanova University's Robert G.
