Quebec students top others in math

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Programme for International Student Assessment Report ranked Canada sixth in reading, eighth in science and 10th in math. However, when math skills were broken down by province, Quebec students outperformed their peers. Helena Osana, an educational psychologist, can share her expertise on the subject.
