Bill Johnson has been president of Halstead Communications since September 2002.
Prior to joining the Halstead team, Johnson served in various marketing communications capacities at Lehigh University and two Fortune 500 companies, and began his career as a journalist for a daily newspaper. His staff helped position Lehigh as a top national university and an economic force in the state of Pennsylvania and earned several CASE Awards of Excellence.
A graduate of Manhattan College and an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, Johnson has spoken and published on a variety of higher education PR topics for CASE and other professional organizations.
Since 1980, Halstead has served more than 100 colleges and universities in meeting strategic communications goals.
