Each year, AADE brings together clinicians, researchers, academicians and industry leaders to address key issues affecting people with diabetes, the health of America, and the critical role diabetes educators play in helping both healthcare providers and patients.

The meeting features educational sessions, as well as poster presentations, corporate symposia and product theaters. In addition, about 300 exhibitors from corporations, government and nonprofit agencies showcase new diabetes education materials and products. People with Type 2 Diabetes Do Indeed Benefit From Blood Glucose Self-Monitoring: Study
