Ellen D. Wu is associate professor of history at IU Bloomington. As a specialist in 20th-century U.S. history, she focuses her research, writing and teaching interests on Asian Americans, race and immigration.
She is available to comment on the affirmative action case the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Oct. 31 in which Asian American applicants allege they have been penalized by Harvard’s race-based admissions policies.
