Originally the branch office, ATME, was established to support distributors in the Middle East and Northern African region but soon spread to covering all of Africa. Distributors benefited from centralized product training programs and faster access to technical support for both the semi-automated Stat Fax® line and the automatic series of ChemWell® analyzers. These benefits were extended to India in 2015. Beginning in April, 2016 Awareness Technology’s branch office will be open to the Far East region as well. The branch, previously referred to as ATME, was renamed to ATAA, Awareness Technology Asia and Africa. All production activities remain in Florida and products are shipped directly from the USA to all international distributors, but sales and support services will be conducted in both hemispheres to improve response time. ATAA is managed by Mr. Mohammed Lateef Hasan who has been with Awareness Technology for more than five years and came to the company with 15 years of prior experience in the same field. Besides the company’s current line of instrumentation, ATAA supports all the reagent products for chemistry, ELISA, ISE and allergy testing.
