Fleming, professor of management at Rowan University, Glassboro, N.J., and a nationally recognized expert on emergency preparedness, is available for interviews and to discuss the coordinated federal, state and local emergency preparedness initiatives and potential emergency response activities associated with the impending satellite re-entry.
Fleming has more than 36 years of fire and emergency preparedness experience.
