Dr Hutchinson has worked with over 150 businesses on low carbon innovation projects and created Greentech South - an innovation and technology cluster and the first 'Energy and Environment' accredited cluster in the UK, and is member a of the International Cleantech Network.
He will be at COP in Glasgow as an observer for the International Cleantech Network from 4th - 11th November.
