Mindy Caplan has been an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist for almost 20 years and lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico again after living in Austin, Texas for two years. She has taught Group Fitness and Yoga for over 30 years in the U.S. and the Caribbean and has had her own Personal Training business since 1996. She teaches numerous classes each week to a variety of students and works individually mainly with adults. Her yoga classes focus on alignment, strength and relaxation. Her fitness classes teach her students strength, flexibility, safety and how to maintain their fitness levels for better health.
