Newswise — The Federal Judges Association has called an emergency meeting scheduled for this afternoon after Justice Department retracted federal prosecutors' recommended sentence for Roger Stone following pressure from President Trump on Twitter.

Charles Geyh, the Indiana University Maurer School of Law's John F. Kimberling Professor of Law and an expert on judicial conduct, ethics and procedure, is available to comment on the association's concerns about the degradation of the administration of justice and how political interference with prosecutions can influence the integrity of the judicial process.
