From left, New Mexico State University researchers Conni DeBlieck, Stephanie Lynch and Linda Summers have published the findings of their study of adolescent stress and the efficiency of two stress reduction devices, the EnergyPod and the SleepWing. Their study, which was co-authored by NMSU associate professor Anita Reinhardt and University of San Francisco associate professor Wanda Borges, found that teens benefit from 20-minute naps during the day to reduce stress and agitation.
