Newswise — Neptune, NJ – June 28, 2019 – Hackensack Meridian Health Meridian Health Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Jacqueline M. Bartley-Oxley, J.D., as vice president for development. Bartley-Oxley oversees annual giving and grants, as well as planned giving, working closely with donors to achieve their philanthropic goals as part of the donor’s overall financial and estate planning.

Prior to joining Meridian Health Foundation, Bartley-Oxley spent most of her career in higher education. She served as vice president of institutional advancement at Bloomfield College, with a seat on the President’s Cabinet. In that role, she established the college’s capital campaign, raising millions of dollars for student scholarships.

Prior to her position at Bloomfield, she served for more than six years as associate vice president for development at Monmouth University and held a seven-year tenure at Rutgers University Foundation in her role as chief fundraiser for the College of Nursing’s capital campaign, director of gift planning and associate vice president for development. Until she entered development, Bartley-Oxley was practicing law with the Monmouth County law firm of Lomurro Davison Eastman and Munoz. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Boston College.

Giving Heals is Meridian Health Foundation’s capital campaign and supports four important initiatives: strengthening oncology services, improving clinical outcomes, enhancing the patient experience and broadening clinical research and academic programs. More than $95 million has been raised toward the goal to support Hackensack Meridian Health medical centers in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties, including: Jersey Shore University Medical Center, K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital, Bayshore Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge, Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy, Riverview Medical Center and Southern Ocean Medical Center.
