On Saturday, May 8, 1999, at 9 o'clock a.m., Fred Rogers, host of the Mister Rogers' Neighborhood television show, will be the commencement speaker at Westminster Choir College of Rider University. The ceremnony will held at the Princeton University Chapel, where the Westminster Bell Choir taped a segment of the show last fall.
