Newswise — WASHINGTON – The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program will engage with small businesses in the research and development domain Aug. 12–16, 2019, as part of the Southwest leg of the National SBIR 2019 Road Tour.
