Dr. Terry Oswalt, an astronomer, is professor of engineeringphysics and chair, Department of Physical Sciences, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He previously served two years at the National Science Foundation as program officer for Stellar Astronomy and Astrophysics.
