Newswise — According to the White House, the recently passed Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act pushes the Environmental Protection Agency “to protect Americans from harmful chemicals in the products that [they] buy.” Potentially dangerous chemicals found in products such as flame retardants, cleaning agents, fabrics, plastics and paint thinners could now be undergoing extensive review.

He relocated to Perth, Australia to become Head of Commercial Risk and Contracts with Citic Securities. In addition to co-founding a private equity firm, he has founded more than four publicly traded companies and holds a number of senior advisory positions, including serving as chairman of the Board of Trustees for Congressional School as well as serving on the board of American Security Project. He received the bronze Stevie award as Executive of the Year 2016 at the 14th annual American Business Awards competition. Clark undertakes many philanthropic activities and is heavily devoted to children’s cancer research as well as adult cancer research through involvement in organizations such as Challenge to Conquer Cancer and the Dempsey Foundation. He continues to support start-ups by investing in young entrepreneurs. Clark holds a PhD in management, an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics and law with a focus in international foreign policy. He has attended Columbia University, Sydney University and the Yale CEO College.
