Mathers is best known for portraying Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver, the adorable boy on the classic television sitcom “Leave it to Beaver.”. Mathers, 62, is featured on the cover of the May/June issue of Neurology Now® magazine discussing his experience with diabetic nerve pain, a painful neurologic condition affecting millions of Americans.

Fellows of the American Academy of Neurology Thomas Chelimsky, MD, with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and John Markman, MD, with the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY, also appear in the video with expert advice to help patients and their families.
