Newswise — Washington, D.C. - The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is holding its third specialized conference on undergraduate research programs at the University of Oklahoma-Norman campus. The largest undergraduate research programs conference in CUR’s history, this unique event provides an exciting opportunity for more than 250 faculty, administrators, staff, students, and academic partners to share strategies to build, enhance, and sustain undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activities.

The conference provides a unique forum for campus leaders of undergraduate research programs to discuss important aspects of undergraduate research programming, including assessment, expanding access to undergraduate research, scaling-up undergraduate research, and best practices in operating an undergraduate research office.

The Office of University Research at the University of Oklahoma has been a key partner in implementing the conference. Sponsors for the CUR Conference include College Board AP capstone, ScholarBridge, bepress, and Research Connection.
