Newswise — CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia — 20 August 2015 — The University of Virginia Darden School of Business today announced the fall schedule for its Leadership Speaker Series, which features senior executives from leading companies around the world. Leaders in their field, the executives will share their stores, expertise and advice with Darden students, faculty and staff.
The fall 2015 Leadership Speaker Series includes:
• 3 September: Steve Voorhees (MBA ’80), Chief Executive Officer, WestRock• 8 September: Kevin Chidwick, Chief Executive Officer, Elephant Insurance • 21 September: Michael del Prado, Company Group Chairman, Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson • 6 October: Mike DeCola (MBA ’77), Chief Executive Officer, Mississippi Lime Company and President and Chief Executive Officer, HBM Holdings• 19 November: Robert G. Wilmers, Chief Executive Officer, M&T Bank• 2 December: Naren Gursahaney (MBA ’89), President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, ADT Corporation • 3 December: Carol Sawdye, Vice Chairman and CFO, PwC Darden has close connections with corporations from a variety of industries that support innovative and collaborative teaching, faculty research and recruiting. These connections also support Darden's efforts to advance knowledge and ideas that can be put into action for practicing managers.
